Nicole Houser
Principal Designer - Owner
Nicole Houser has lived in Jacksonville since 2005. She completed formal design schooling at Florida State College of Jacksonville and got to work immediately in the Interior Design field. Nicole spent 11 years working for well-known designer Ellen Dyal, and it was there her passion for bringing the FUN in functional spaces through color emerged. Spending 2 years on the sales side of the industry was her next step in expanding her knowledge for textiles and wallcoverings.
Nicole has called the Riverside/Avondale area home for 15 years. This has grown her respect for historical architectural preservation while still craving the challenge for new and contemporary design. She spends her free time outside whenever she can with her husband Chad, son Hugo, and drooly dog Hambo.
Sarah Robison
Interior Designer
A proud Jacksonville local, Sarah Robison is a passionate designer at NLH Design Firm. With a degree in interior design from FSCJ, she brings a fresh perspective and creative flair to every project. An avid art enthusiast and Pinterest aficionado, Sarah draws inspiration from diverse styles and trends. When not designing, you can find her enjoying life with her friends, boyfriend, and their three dogs and cat. Sarah is excited to help transform spaces into beautiful, functional environments!
Evalyn Bairen
Interior Design Assistant
Evalyn Bairen is a graduate from Florida State College of Jacksonville with a degree in Interior Design Technology. She has been working at NLH since 2022 and when not working on digital plans and 3D renderings, she maintains the extensive materials library. When not in office, Evalyn enjoys "grandma" hobbies such as crochet and cross-stitch with her cat Bowie.
Jill Gagliardo
Office Administrator
Jill Gagliardo has been working with the team since 2021 while originally working for Ellen Dyal Interiors. Jill wears many hats while at NLH. She manages ordering, billing and anything else that is needed to help make all the beautiful projects come together. During her off time, she loves to travel and spend time with her husband, son, and animals on their farm. You can hear Nicole say at least once a week, everyone needs a Jill.
